If you are looking for a General Needs Housing, Housing for the over 55’s and Specialist Supported Housing, we have a range of options available in various locations across the UK.
We are dedicated to ensuring our accommodation is of the highest standard and work closely with local authorities and referral partners to ensure our properties are made available to those most in need.
Consequently in some areas, our properties may only be available through the local authority choice-based lettings system for people in priority need, whilst in other areas we are able to accept direct applications.

Specialist supported housing
We work in various locations across the UK, and in partnership with the relevant local authority, and our care and support provider, will agree the referral process for people looking to be housed through our organisation.
This may mean that in some areas you can only apply for our Supported Housing, by approaching your local authority, who will then make a referral to us and/or our care and support provider partner on your behalf. In other areas you may be able to may be able to contact us directly and self-refer.

If you are struggling to pay your rent, please let us know as soon as possible.
With your Housing Officer’s support and guidance, you may be able to set up a repayment plan and they can connect you with the right people and organisations that can provide debt advice and budgeting help, including CAB and Step Change. Our dedicated Housing Officers are always available to provide the help you need and can be contacted by telephone or email.
